01Acceptance of Terms

02Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use club 999's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition or restriction that prevents participation in online entertainment activities.
• Not a citizen or resident of a country that has fully prohibited all forms of online gambling.

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) active account at any one time. Ownership of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.

Club 999 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation at any time as a security measure. The KYC process can be completed in under 10 minutes via our mobile app by uploading the required documents. 03Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 20 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit amount: Subject to your account level and bank limits.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within under 5 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow methods after KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the respective bank's policies.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit as an anti-money laundering measure. club 999 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.

04Bonus & Promotions

Club 999 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering (rollover) requirements, which must be fulfilled before withdrawals are permitted.

• Bonus claims must be made within the validity period stated in the respective promotion terms.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once only for each new member.

05Game Rules

• System results are final and non-disputable after the game is completed.
• Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming system is strictly prohibited.
• The use of bots, auto-clickers, or any automated tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players in table games or Live Casino is a serious violation that may result in account termination.
• Club 999 reserves the right to void bets or winnings obtained as a result of technical errors or incorrect information being displayed.

06Member Conduct & Responsibilities

08Account Termination & Suspension

Club 999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where reasonable grounds exist, including but not limited to:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Activity that is suspicious or inconsistent with normal gameplay patterns.

If your account is terminated for legitimate reasons and not as a result of a terms violation, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you within 14 business days upon completion of the investigation. You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team.

09Liability Limit

Club 999 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including financial losses from gaming, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control.

While we endeavour to ensure our platform operates without interruption 24 hours a day, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without any technical disruption. In the event of an unavoidable outage, club 999 will work to restore the service as quickly as possible and notify members through our official communication channels.

10Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Club 999 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last reviewed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.

• The official language of these Terms and Conditions is Bahasa Melayu.
• In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
